WoW. This blog is still around?

Hmm well not much to update. Tressa is working hard. She got a new employee who she absolutly loves. She is polite, attentive, always has a positive attitude and above all is very mature. Tressa is a lot happier now that she has started working there. I have been unemployed for a while now. Finding work in Newport that can pay you anything decent is very tough. I have been looking into getting into the banking world. My brother in law started out as a bank teller and 7 short years later is making 6 figures. I really would like to go the same path. But with the economy in such a funk the banking world is surly taking a hit.

Makayla is now in public school. She loves it very much. The class is large and she has made many friends. Her teacher loves her energy in class and says mak is very smart. 

Tressa and I have started catching up on Smallville. I have always been a superman fan and if some of you remember our wedding had a superman theme. We just finished season 2 and the show is in its 9th season already. LOL we have a lot of catching up to do! But its a fun little hobby we have that is pretty cheap. 

As some of you may have heard I am no longer friends with Nick. When you roommate with someone you really get to see the kind of person they are. I tried after he moved out to salvage some kind of friendship but found that it was just not worth salvaging. It's not like we were childhood friends. 

I miss you friends in Bend. We have thought about moving to Portland. Tressa's boss has offerd her a district manager position but she turned it down because I had just gotten hired with the Sheriffs Office. We regret that now. Tressa has talked with her boss about possibly taking over a Portland store. We would be closer to her bother and sister in law and I would have more of an opportunity to find work. Makayla is young and would make friends quickly there. I have really wanted to work for a mac retail store and there are several in Portland that are hiring. 

I have a job interview with AT&T Wireless here in town this thursday and am really hoping to get a job with them. They have a great pay range and offer great benefits. Wish me luck.
